Cancellations
My cancellation policy includes a $100 late cancelation (or no show) fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or appointments not kept without notice. This does not apply to free 15-minute phone consultations. I have an easy-to-use self-scheduling portal for existing clients so that they can easily manage their appointments and make changes as needed, quickly, without having to wait for a call back.
Health Insurance
In-Network: I am currently in-network with the following insurance companies: Aetna, Cigna, Optum, Oscar, UHC, and UMR.
Out-of-Network: For others who may have out-of-network benefits with another insurance company, I am happy to provide you with the superbill document that you will need to submit claims for reimbursement using your out-of-network benefits.
